Once your sign-up process completed, you will get a confirmation email. After that you will become an administrator for your tournament and login into CricTrophy.com Management - Admin Tool. Management will display tabs on left side category-wise.

Adding Schedule

To add your trophy Schedule, follow these steps:

1. Add Season
2. Add Team with Players
3. Add Matches

Let us do it step by step.
Before proceeding further, please collect data for Teams(Name, Code, Caption, Image), Players(Name, Profile, Image)

1. Add Season

1. Click on 'Season' tab. It will navigate to 'Seasons' page.
2. Click on 'Add' button.
3. Enter Name, Start date, End date, Status as "In Progress".
4. Click on 'Submit'.
5. Now newly created Season will come into the datagrid.

Next we will see how to add team with players.

2. Add Team with Players

1. Click on 'Season' tab. It will navigate to 'Seasons' page.
2. Click on 'Teams' button for perticular season. It will navigate to 'Seasons -> Teams' page.
3. Click on 'Create New Team' button. It will navigate to 'Seasons -> Teams -> Create New Team with Players' page.
4. Enter Team Name, Code, Caption.
5. Add each Player details( Name, Type, Profile, is Captain, is Wicketkeeper and player's Image),      add more player details by clicking '+' button .
6. Click on 'Submit'.

Repeat this step to add all your teams.
Next we will see how to add Matches for a perticular season.

3. Add Matches

1. Click on 'Season' tab. Now you will navigate to 'Seasons' page.
2. Now Click on 'Matches' button for perticular season. It will navigate to 'Seasons -> Seasons Matches' screen.
3. Select Team1, Team2, Match date, Schedule time, Ground, Status, Category and click on 'Submit' button to add matches.

Repeat this step to add all your matches to this season.

Adding Score:

Edit Match for Score

1. Click on 'Season' tab. Now you will navigate to 'Seasons' page.
2. Click on ‘Matches’ button. Click on ‘Scorecard’ button for particular match.
3. You will navigate to ‘Seasons -> Seasons Matches -> Match Summary’ page.
4. Select First batting team, Second batting team and other fields.
5. Click on 'Submit'.

To add Score for 1st Innings

Please make sure that you have follow 'Edit Match for Score' section before comming to this section. After that follow these steps:

1. Click on 'Season' tab. Now you will navigate to 'Seasons' page.
2. Click on ‘Matches’ button. Click on ‘Scorecard’ button for particular match.
3. You will navigate to ‘Seasons -> Seasons Matches -> Match Summary’ page.
4. Click on 'First Batting' tab.
5. Enter Batting, Bowling and Others details and click on 'Submit' button.

To add Score for 2nd Innings score

1. Click on 'Season' tab. Now you will navigate to 'Seasons' page.
2. Click on ‘Matches’ button. Click on ‘Scorecard’ button for particular match.
3. You will navigate to ‘Seasons -> Seasons Matches -> Match Summary’ page.
4. Click on 'Second Batting' tab.
5. Enter Batting, Bowling and Others details and click on 'Submit' button.

Manage Season

To delete a Season

1. Click on 'Season' tab. It will navigate to 'Seasons' page.
2. Select the Season from the list.
3. Click on 'Delete'.

To edit/update a Season

1. Click on 'Season' tab. It will navigate to 'Seasons' page.
2. Select the Season from the list.
3. Click on 'Edit'.
4. Update the fields.
5. Click on 'Update'.

Repeat these step to manage all your Seasons.

Manage teams

To add a Team

1. Click on 'Teams' tab. It will navigate to 'Teams' page.
2. Click on 'Add' button.
3. Enter Team Name, Image, Code, Caption.
4. Click on 'Submit'.

To delete a Team

1. Click on 'Teams' tab. It will navigate to 'Teams' page.
2. Click ‘Delete’ button for particular team you want to delete from the list.

To Update a Team

1. Click on 'Teams' tab. It will navigate to 'Teams' page.
2. Select the Team from the list.
3. Click on 'Edit' button for particular team you want to edit from the list.
4. Change the data in the fields.
5. Click on 'Update'.

To Import a Team in season

1. Click on 'Season' tab. It will navigate to 'Seasons' page.
2. Click on 'Teams' button for particular season. It will navigate to 'Seasons -> Teams' page.
3. Click on ‘Import Team' button. It will navigate to 'Seasons -> Teams -> Select Existing Team' page.
4. Select the Team from the list.
5. Click on 'Next' button. It will navigate to ‘Season Players’ page.
6. Select the checkboxes to add players to selected team.
7. Click on ‘Submit’.

Repeat these step to manage all your Teams.

Manage Players

To upload a Player

1. Click on 'Players' tab. It will navigate to 'Players' page.
2. Enter Name, Type, Profile, Image, is Wicketkeeper, is Captain .
3. Click on 'Submit'.

To search a Player

1. Click on 'Players' tab. It will navigate to 'Players' page.
2. Click on 'Search' tab.
3. Enter Player Name or Player Type.
4. Click on 'Submit'.

To Upload Multiple Players

1. Click on 'Players' tab. It will navigate to 'Players' page.
2. Click on 'Bulk Upload' tab.
3. Enter Name, Type, Profile, Image, is Wicketkeeper, is Captain.
4. You can add more players by clicking '+' button.
5. Click on 'Submit'.

To Upload Multiple Players to team

1. Click on ‘Season’ tab.
2. Click on ‘Teams’ button.
3. Click on 'Create New Players' button for particular team. It will navigate to 'Create New Players to team' page.
4. Enter Name, Type, Profile, Image, is Wicketkeeper, is Captain.
5. You can add more players by clicking '+' button.
6. Click on 'Submit'.

To Import Multiple Players to team

1. Click on ‘Season’ tab.
2. Click on ‘Teams’ button.
3. Click on 'Import Players' button for particular team. It will navigate to Seasons Players' page.
4. Select the checkboxes to add players to team.
5. Click on 'Submit'.

Repeat these step to manage all your Players.

Manage Matches

To Schedule a Match

1. Click on 'Season' tab. It will navigate to 'Seasons' page.
2. Click on 'Matches' button. It will navigate to 'Seasons -> Matches' page.
3. Click on ‘Add’ button.
4. Select Team1, Team2, Match Date, Scheduled Time, Ground, Status, Category.
5. Click on 'Submit'.

To Delete a Match

1. Click on 'Season' tab. It will navigate to 'Seasons' page.
2. Click on 'Matches' tab. It will navigate to 'Seasons -> Matches' page.
3. Select the match from the list.
4. Click on 'Delete'.

To Update a Match

1. Click on 'Season' tab. It will navigate to 'Seasons' page.
2. Click on 'Matches' tab. It will navigate to 'Seasons -> Matches' page.
3. Select the match from the list.
4. Click on 'Edit'.
5. Change the data in the fields.
6. Click on 'Update'.

Repeat these step to manage all your Matches.
