ISPL rules and regulations
ANNEXURE 1- PLAYERS
+ A player can only play for one team.
+ Nobody is allowed to switch a team or add any player after the registration deadline.
ANNEXURE 2- PLAYING CONDITIONS
+ All games shall comsist of one inning of limited overs for each side.
+ The games should start at the schedulestime without fail.
+ In a delayed game start/resumption,each 10 minutes of delay will result in the offending team being penalized 1 over.Umpires will be in charge to enforce this. if a game gets delayed by 30 minutes or more, the offending team will be considered as loosing the game.
+ No balls over the batsman"s shoulder while standing upright when on crease or a full toss over the waist of standing upright player,on his crease,shall not be allowed.All such deliveries will be considered no balls.
+30 Yard circle rule will be enforced for first 6 overs in 20 over game.
+There is a free-hit rule after a front foot no ball.
+ Minimum 11 registered players from a team should be present at the ground before start of the game.team with less than 11 paleyrs cannot play and the fortfeit rules will be applied to that team.
+NO alcoholic drinks allowed.teams found gulity of this will be suspended immediately for the whole tournament.
+Playground will have the following attributes.
clean pitch with well deined markings
upright stumps 3 each on each sides with bails
clearly amrked boundries
drinking water facility
arrangement for seatings.
ANNEXURE 7- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
+ All disputes arising during the match are to be resolved within the framework of the ISPL ASSOCIATION.
+ Team acting against the standing rules and or agianst the common intrests of the ISPL can be suspended by ISPL executives
