All Clubs must have a women and men's program and submit two umpires with knowledge of the sport. One Team per State would be our official State sanctioned team format. The first we would accept the first ten teams to register. Starting the second year we would accept 2 additional teams based on willingness, team support votes by previous teams managers voting. All teams must have a Home venue, resources for travelling and overnight stays. Play Wednesdays starting at 400 PM. Saturday's and Sunday's Starting at 10 am (Women's Teams) 2 Pm for Men's Teams.
All official International rules will apply and may be modified as needed and accepted by officials, (Captains, Umpires and Managers) before any scheduled game begins. Home Teams must have the ability to manage crowds, provide adequate ground transport, meals and accommodation.
Revenue generated at matches would be all home team benefits. Merchandise and sports products sold must be official licensed products of the CMCA,It's Sponsors and Advertisers. no exceptions.
