Terms & Conditions of YPL INDIA:
These Terms and conditions apply to the participants of Youth Premier League (YPL) throughout the terms of selections of Probable including the Registrations, Short-listing, Team Selections as well as matches, trials, etc..

The Participant must be between 14 years to 50 years of age and must attach proof of age & photo-id with this form.

If the participant?s age is between 14 and less than 50 years of age, the participant?s Natural or legal guardian must certify their approval for participation by countersigning this form.

The participant must be of sound mind and health, and must not have any illness, disability or health condition that would expose either the participant, or any other participants or organizers of the event, to any health risk. The participants will have to provide an undertaking to this effect as a prerequisite to participants in the trials.

YPL reserves the rights to define the short listing process & final selections during trials, camp at any time make changes amendments or alterations as may be required.

Participation in the trials will be entirely at the cost of the participants, and no outstation travel cost, accommodation cost, food or subsistence costs, or any other claims or reimbursements will be borne by the YPL or RD Sports, Its organizers, sponsors or any other entities associated with the YPL or RD Sports.

YPL, its organizers, Sponsors or any other entities associated with the YPL will not be responsible for any permanent or temporary injuries, Disabilities, accidents or heath issues caused directly or indirectly suffered by a participants or a third party as a consequence of any act or omission by a participants during the trials, The training camps, as well as matches, etc. conducted during the course of selection process. The Participants, and in the case of participants below 18 years of age, the participant?s legal guardian, agrees and undertakes to indemnify all entities associated with the YPL against all costs and claims for medical treatment, health issues or injuries.

In the event of any injury caused by a participant to another participant during the trials by virtue of physical aggression, violence, fights or assault, whether on venue during the entire event or at place of residence of the participants during the course of the trials, the Participant, and in the case of participants below 18 years of age, the participant?s legal guardian, agrees and undertakes to indemnify all entities associated with the YPL against all costs and claims for medical treatment, health issues or injuries of such injured participant. The YPL retains the right to expel any participant violating the terms and conditions from the selection process at any stage of the YPL.

The guardian agrees that he has no objection against the participants participating in the YPL.

Jurisdiction : - The courts in Chandigarh shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction on any dispute in relation to the YPL.

Trial fees collected by organizers only and all responsibilities and liabilities of the event are on the organizers.

Rights :- YPL reserves the right to amend any of these rules, Terms and conditions at any stage before or during the trials/Camps/selections/matches, etc..
