1. All Matches will be played as knockout basis.
2. Hard tennis ball (guru) will be used for play.
3. Decisions made by umpires will be final.
4. Team should report with list of players for toss 10 min prior to scheduled time of their match
5. Only 2 bowlers can bowl maximum of 3 overs, others can bowl maximum of 2 overs.
6. 12 Over matches will be played whole tournament.
7. First 3 overs will be power play, on power play overs only 2 fielders allowed outside 30yard circle.
8. Remaining non power play overs only 6 fielders allowed outside 30yard circle. Maximum of 5 fielders allowed leg side any time of the play.
9. One innings should finish in 55 minute. If not 5 runs will be fined for fielding team.
10. A new batsman has to come to the crease within 30 seconds of dismissal of the previous batsman
11. If ball got broken and find right after a delivery, that delivery should favor to batsman. As if batsman got out, dot ball or only took a single, delivery should bowled again., Took 2 or more runs then no re ball will be given
12. The team must bring bats, gloves or any other cricketing gear required for them
13. Cricket bat?s size and measurements should be as per ICC rules. Fielding team can inform field umpire if any such wrong measured bats find using
14. One team representative should be present with scorer to provide name of players.
15. Runs will be given No ball, Wide, Byes, overthrow. No runs for leg byes because there is no LBW. Free hit for every no ball.
16. Only one bouncer allowed per over. Every ball bowled over head of the batsman will be called as wide and given warning as 1st bouncer.
17. One substitute fielder can be placed with vocal notice to field umpire.
18. Innings break allowed maximum of 5 min.
19. If any match become tied, ball out will be conducted.
20. The coordination committee has the full right to amend rules and regulations at any time
