Cricket Tournament Rules
a) General Rules:
(Basic Cricket Rules will be followed.)
1. No Free hit will be given, if bowler bowls a No-Ball.
2. Bouncers will be considered as No-ball.
3. LBW will not be considered.
4. Dead ball will be considered as Dead ball.
5. Extra runs (Wide, No-Ball, Leg Bye, Bye, Throw Bye, etc) are allowed.
b) Rules For Batsman
1. Batsman will be given out, if he hits directly on the left side (glass/wall) ahead of the stairs.
2. Batsman will be given out, if he hits the ball out of the campus directly (Offside, No matters ball crosses the boundary first).
3. Batsman will be given out, if he hits the ball over the roof (leg side).
4. 2 runs will be given if hit on the offside wall (Indirect/Direct both).
5. Max 2 runs will be added in the total if batsman hit the ball behind the wicket and he have to run these 2 runs. (Leg side).
6. No run will be added in the total if batsman hit the ball over the stairs.
7. No run will be added in the total if batsman hit the ball over the shutter area.
c) Rules For Bowlers
1. Bowlers are not allowed to bowl the bouncers.
2. Bowlers are allowed to bowl only spin ball to female players.
d) Tournament Format
1. 8 over per match.
2. Over Limit for bowlers : 3-2-2-1
3. After 7 over, it is mandatory for each team to send Female player to bat. (Female player have to be present on the crease at least for 1 over).
4. If Captain decides to retire a player, then the retired player will come in the end if he wants to bat again.
5. Last man batting is allowed. Single run will be consider as 1 run and batsman can be run-out at any end.
