Rules for Mens game


General Rules:

Team List for WC 18th April will be considered for creating teams within TOM groups.
1 Team per TOM Group.
10 Players in 1 Team (7 Playing, 1 Super Sub & 2 Extra)
6 Overs Match. Each bowler can bowl only 1 over.
Batsmen will declared out if the ball hits any of the side nets of the field directly. (Parallel to the pitch)
1 Over of Batting power play per inning.
Runs will be given as declared only if the ball goes outside the net, there will be no declared runs if the ball touches the net.
In case the ball goes through the net and out of the ground, 1 declared run will be given.
If the ball hits the ceiling net, ball will be counted however the runs will not be counted. Batsmen will not be out even if the ball is caught after hitting the ceiling net
If the ball is directed towards the fence after hitting the side net it will be given as four.
Bowler has to stand in the bowling crease while delivering the ball.
Bowler cannot lift the feet entirely while bowling.
Side Arm bowling will be declared a no ball.
While bowling if the feet touches the bowling crease, it will be declared as NO ball.
Any full toss ball above waist height will be declared as a No ball.
Any ball pitched before the half line will be declared as a No ball.


Super Sub:

The Super Sub has to be announced before the TOSS. (incase not informed, the team will not have option of Super Sub)
Only 1 Player can be nominated as Super Sub for the game (both Batting and Bowling).
While the team is fielding the Super Sub can be introduced for only 1 over within the 1st 3 overs to bowl.
Super Sub can only Bowl 1 over in the 1st 3 overs, and bat in the 1st 3 overs of the innings. (If not out in the 1st 3 overs then the Super Sub will be declared out)


Batting Power Play:

Batsmen to decide the batting power play anytime in the last 3 overs.
Batsmen will be declared not out if he hits the net directly during the Power Play.
Only two players can be behind the bowler during power play.




Rules for Ladies game


General Rules:

1 Team per CCM Group (Mumbai) and 1 Team from 2 TOM Groups (Pune).
10 Players in 1 Team (8 Playing, & 2 Extra).
6 Overs Match. Each bowler to bowl only 1 over.
Batsmen will declared out if the ball hits any of the side nets of the field directly.
Runs will be given as declared only if the ball goes outside the net, the runs will be declared if the ball touches the net, depending of which part of the net it touches..
If the ball hits the ceiling net, ball will be counted however the runs will not be counted. Batsmen will not be out even if the ball is caught after hitting the ceiling net.
If the ball is directed towards the fence after hitting the side net it will be given as four.
Bowler has to stand the in the bowling crease while delivering the ball.
While bowling if the feet touches the bowling crease, it will be declared as NO ball.
Any ball above waist height will be declared as a No ball.
During the Power play there has to be 2 players outside the balling crease.


Batting Power Play:

Batsmen to decide the batting power play anytime in game.
Batsmen will not be out if he hits the net directly during the Power Play.
Only two players can be behind the bowler during power play.




** Umpires decision will be considered as Final Decision.
