The following are the rules:

1. 9 teams will play in the tournament.
2. Each team play against another team in its group.
3. 2 points for a win and 1 point for the tie.
4. In case of teams ending with equal points, Net run rate will be considered.
5. Top 4 teams from will qualify for the playoffs and ultimately only 1 winner to be crowned champion this season.
